Keyholding Open and Closing Service

WWe can perform an 'Opening and Closing' service to allow access to your premises for your authorised personnel. This saves staff members holding codes and keys for a premises. Keys are coded anonymously, sealed and secured within our 24-hour Control Room and only released under strictly monitored procedures which conform to BS 7984:2001.

Keyholder Escort Service

There are occasions when the clients would prefer notice of any alarm activation, in order to attend themselves but to comply with Health & Safety requirements, lone worker policies etc. they require a Keyholder Escort Service. In this case a mobile patrol officer would be despatched to rendezvous with the nominated keyholder and accompany them to their premises, remaining with them until the problem is resolved and they are no longer required.
